CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that as we incur non-recoverable upfront costs for the retreat, the deposit is non-refundable. Please make sure you have travel insurance arranged before you book as this is a condition of us accepting your booking. 

Full payment is required upon booking the Spring Creative Retreat.

The full payment is made up of a non-refundable £800 deposit and the remaining balance.

If you cancel a booking for the Spring Creative Retreat Bland Badger reserves the right to retain your deposit and only the balance is refundable, up to and including 14 March 2025 after which time no refunds can be given. However, if you can provide a substitute guest we will accept them in your place up to and including 29 March 2025.

If the spring retreat does not reach the minimum number of guests Bland Badger reserves the right to cancel it with six weeks notice. If this happens your full retreat payment will be refunded via bank transfer, however Bland Badger cannot refund any travel arrangements.
